In collaboration with the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients (SRTR), we developed the Donation and Transplantation Analytics (DATA) tool. This tool allows users to create custom reports and visualizations for transplant candidates, recipients, and donors. It features a range of functionalities including plots, time trends, survival curves, and geographic maps, utilizing a wide array of data variables.
Our focus was on creating a user-friendly interface and incorporating advanced data visualization technologies. The DATA tool simplifies complex data analysis and supports critical decision-making in the transplant community, enhancing the understanding and utilization of transplant data.
